Grizzly hooks save my hands

I am 73 with osteoarthritis of my hands. I am staying strong by doing heavy resistance training. Without the grizzly lifting hooks I could not lift as much weight as I do without really significant hand pain. I have tried other brands and grizzly works best for me.

I just bought an amazing weightlifting belt, made in Canada by GrizzlyFitness, and the quality has to be seen to be believed! I'm more than happy with my purchase.
